Any law maker that signs onto a law that is unconstitutional and or is later ruled unconstitutional by the courts should be tried for violating their oath of office to protect and defend the constitution. Mayors or Governors that sign an unconstitutional law into effect should face legal consequences, maybe removed from office by U.S. Marshals pending trial.
