I’d like the DOJ to explain under what Constitutional provision sanctuary cities and or states allowed? It’s apparent to me that aiding and abetting infiltrators is a federal crime. The RICO act should provide Feds authority to arrest anyone who is a signatory to any sanctuary legislation or ‘policy’. Isn’t it a Federal violation to organize criminal activities designed to protect fugitives?
