There are no safeguards in a Presidential election. Your President and spend a couple hundred million for re-election, and some gangster steals the election. The President has the right to stop him and prosecute and by law he is required to protect the office. No law stopping cheating at that level. For the last 76 yars I have been alive the law has been that any person is considered Innocent of any charges until proven guilty in a court of law by a jury of his peers. Did that change to, “you are guilty if I say so?” By all accounts under the that new theory even Biden is not guilty of being the Don of the Biden Crime Family, taking Bribes, extorstion, being paid bribes from our enemies, getting kickbacks, weaponizing the DOJ and FBI, walking the halls of the White House naked at night, being a pedophile as well as a rapist, feeling up young females, insulting world leaders, demanding foreign governements fire people who are investigating his ties to his criminal activites, stealing federal security documents and not security them except in cardboard boxes in a garage and other places, taking family members on AF1 to do shaky business deals (taking bribes) called pay to play, and so much more. But then again we cannot address that because under the current law, he is innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of doubt in a court of law by a jury of his peers. Correct? If your taking about J6, then you may want to go back and at least read who refused the additional National Guard assistance and who offered it. I think you will find that you have things a bit off since Nancy Pelosi, the SOTH, refused Trumps offer for additional military security around the capital, and she refused it, actually cut Capital Police staff, because it would look bad, not that the 8 foot fence barrier around the Capital looked good. She had a plan and wanted to document it with her daughter filming her and her escape from the Capital into a safe place where Nancy made many incriminateing statements. When you add the known FBI and collaboraters mixed in the crowd filmed giving directions and saying we have to get in the Capital, then the Capital Police opening doors to let them in, plus even 3 C.P. giving the “Shawman” a guided tour of the capital, I would say something stinks to high heaven and it’s not Trump.
