These commentators try to be funny, but I say we must be honest about this situation. The 16 percenter causes the most crimes in comparison to the overall population and the excuses we have been fed over many years, do not cut it anymore. It´s getting worse.

Us white folks are not pulling our weight. We need to up our crime, so we have the proper percentage compared to other races. Don’t blame black people. It’s us slacking white people’s fault. 🙄 (Sarcasm)
The stats are obvious but ignored. When the smaller population causes so much crime the indication IS they ARE the bigger problem but I have to say Lyndon Johnson was a big cause of the problem.
