100% agree. Wow, that’s a high percentage. Trump will have enough work ahead of him to tackle to right our Republic from sinking from the Demonrats. Going after the most egregious Dems should be left to special prosecutors, legally chosen by Congress (not Smith type) to put them away. Biden won’t see a courtroom as he will be declared, again, in competent to stand trial. Most of the Jan 6th prisoners should be pardoned.
Scarborough and his wife talk trash about the Trump family when they have many skeletons in their closet. All these radical lefties are shaking in their boots about if President Trump becomes president again what kind of revenge he will have on them. If they were put through what they have put President Trump through what kind of revenge would they want to have? Scarborough and Mika should not be so willing to cast stones at glass houses, when they have no squeaky clean past.

That is what the abortion debate is really about.
The quips frequently point to whether or not it is a human-being developing with all of the rights and remedies of every American. A “fetus” is dismissed as just a collection of cells with no established rights. In the “late stages of pregnancy” when the baby human-being who can live outside of the womb, are now being attacked by “liberals” as not being a baby who is worthy of rights like: “..certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life,..” at the late stages of development. There is a drawing of a pregnant woman with a representation of a baby in her body. There are two labeled arrows. The first says “woman’s body” and it points to her. The second points to the baby in her womb. It’s label says “not her body”. Is it justified to treat a pre-born baby that is capable of life outside of the womb, as some kind of parasite? That is a terrible way to see things. It is certainly not: “health care” for the baby.
After any baby is aborted, then, that baby takes it’s first breath, it is murder or negligent medical care according to the law. That can be any time within the first 28 days depending on your state.

The Supreme Court put the “abortion” authority back in the hands of the state. That is where that legal authority should be.
They were never empowered to give legal authority of essentially creating a law and handing it to all Americans from the Supreme Court’s judicial bench. That is what each state is responsible for.
The process of writing and enacting laws that are not assigned to the federal legislature, can create the lawful path to “Abortion law” across the nation.
