First off Daniel Penny is innocent. Why? Because his intentions was to protect the other passengers on that train when Neely was threatening them. If it weren’t for D Penny to step up God knows which person or people would have been seriously hurt or killed by this lunatic Neely. Secondly the relatives of Neely all of a sudden coming out and mourning the death of him but where were they when Neely needed the help?
