What I don’t understand is why they didn’t create a disturbance, like sounding their sirens on all the patrol cars and flash them lights too. It certainly would have created the needed distraction to properly protect Trump and apprehend Crooks. Just firing a shot up through the roof, even non-lethal rounds anywhere close to Crooks would have made him think twice about what he was doing. So many bad decisions were made by everyone involved in securing the perimeter it makes me wonder if they were paid to fail.

Yep, They took too long to get up there, but found Crooks already dead. He was shot by a sniper from behind, by a guy up in a tree with, a silencer. That is why no one heard the shot. Crooks was the Patsey! The FBI, was not going to let some kid shoot Trump, and have him screw it up. They needed pro sharpshooters to do the Job. And the shot that was made towards Crooks, was a blank. Again, just like Lee Harvey Oswald, at the JFK shooting. As I said before, Crooks teeth were blown out from behind.
