Why go to CNN? What real news and opinion comparisons have they done in years? Not sure: “children should not be exposed to…”, what they are doing to actually make their antics “rated “G”? Small children have no need to be indoctrinated into sexual situations, practices and other indoctrinations not necessary to their early development. Children are confused enough by simply being children. What sexual situation can be suitable for young children? None that I am aware of. The strategy of telling children they can become the other gender is ridiculous. There is no life altering, complicated, decision children are capable of understanding the consequences of. Does anybody convincing children, to get these permanent surgical mutilations, make sure that they understand the pain is horrible? Do they tell them how they will need to take drugs for the rest of their life to simulate being the other gender? Do they explain that the physical mutilation will not change the fact that they feel “different” from others? Children cannot possibly understand that their mutilation will cause them to never have biological children of their own? How lonely will they be when they find out that most adopted children think about their “real” parents a lot. Who are my “real parents”? Didn’t they love me enough to keep me? This insecurity will most likely be a personal journey that can last as long as they live. It is my hope that people will stop creating unnecessary problems with children, when many adults are deceived into the false claim they can actually change their gender. In my opinion, most do not see the full picture of the consequences they face. You cannot change your genetics. Bone structure and other differences can be affected in early childhood with drugs and hormones. They do not fully change the biological gender though.
