I’m a latina and I think Disney’s choice of Snow White is a dumpster fire. If Rachel actually had fair skin no one would care she’s latina but you can literally tell what her ethnicity is which completely kills the character. I’m not racist but the difference between the Hispanic community and the black community in America is us Hispanics don’t buy into woke bs. We saw what they were doing with the Little Mermaid and we see what they’re doing with Snow White. Unlike all those videos of little girls being excited over a “black” Ariel us in the Hispanic community want a story to be delivered how it was written and we won’t allow our children to buy into woke nonsense. Her. Name. Is. Snow. White. Not Snow Caca. The last good live action they made in my humble opinion was Cinderella. The dress was blue as opposed to white but the whole movie is incredibly magical so it’s easy to overlook that minor change and the dress although blue was absolutely beautiful. So I don’t mind little changes like that especially if executed brilliantly but when you change the entire look of a character that’s when I have an issue. Skin as white as snow. ♀️
