Well hopefully Florida DMV learn from this and fix the issue. Same with passports, might be nice to know who is moving around the world .
People need to understand the difference between International, Federal and State laws. Yes you can do things through loopholes but at the end of the day State/Local laws won’t allow false/tampered documents. It comes down to a security thing as much as it can suck for some people.
