Keep hammering this issue Jimmy. It’s hugely important. H-1Bs cannot accept higher job offers, they are bound to the sponsor company. If they accept a higher job offer, their visa is nullified, and they have to return home and start the visa process all over again. This is straight up INDENTURED SERVITUDE. American workers cannot compete with indentured workers. I have been at this since the early 2000s. I am a software engineer and have a CS degree. This is about obtaining cheap labor that is controlled and cannot accept other job offers. The sponsor is the plantation and the visa stipulations are the chains.
