why is this crap tolerated? Why is public nudity suddenly okay? Nothing in the laws say that heterosexual nudity is illegal but homosexual nudity – or bisexual nudity or pansexual nudity are not merely okay but actually protected. Our leadership has allowed ‘inclusiveness’ to overrule all other considerations. all you have to do is to declare yourself part of some kind of “identity group” and all rules are suspended – and who told this cop that public nudity is legal in California? It was legal on Black’s Beach, by special designation, but it wasn’t in Laguna Beach or on the Silver Strand or Malibu or… downtown LA or San Fran or San Diego. But somebody wave a rainbow flag and it’s okay to flaunt your willy in public, as long as you’re not actually jackin’ off – and this sorry excuse for a cop believes that? WTF? Somebody in authority told her that and she’s too stupid or lazy or scared to look it up, because i guarantee you that is NOT what the law says.
