Anyone can deduce that this was a set up; not giving adequate protection, from the police and/or the secret service. There was no secret service personnel on the perimeter of the rally either. People pointing out the man on the roof with a rifle and no one did the right thing. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out this one. The wolves are circling the wagon.
