The thing I love most about this is that there is a reward system intrinsically built into it. Reducing sentences for service and rewarding active participation by allowing people to move up through the system simply by learning is an amazing idea. Everything they are learning are useful, much needed skills, and they can all find something that they could genuinely enjoy doing for a living. Absolutely amazing! They don’t just sit around in a cell and become hopeless, they are doing something with their lives!
