So I’m 51 years old. Heavy pot smoker all my life. I have a non addictive personality so quitting is easy for me. The first week or so is difficult, but nothing some will power can’t overcome. Anyway I quit for 2 years, and after those 2 years I found zero improvement in my life from not smoking. I actually had some negative effects from not smoking. I started again about 6 months ago and I feel better already. Obviously everyone is different, so do what you feel is best for you.
