He should sue the New York Post for calling him a rioter and “stormed the Capitol.” He was let in, and yelled repeatedly “We must be peaceful!” Probably won’t happen, but I thank God for the shift of tides that I’m seeing. Never lose hope, and celebrate every victory, no matter how small. The Chansley will no longer be unadorned!
The constitution for our new nation will force law enforcement to pay to Chansley the total of all costs imposed by their search and seizure and their withholding of Chansley’s property. It will make sure that crime doesn’t pay, but it would not treat what Chansley did as more than a minor cost to the Capitol guards to be paid in money by Chansley.
