I need to add to Karoline’s comment about billions stolen from MN taxpayers. Billions were stolen from ALL American taxpayers as that was federal monies that was stolen. They stole from ALL America citizens. Those agencies were created specifically to commit fraud. That money could have been used for so many different things that were more needy.
