Calling the government trustful is like calling Joe Biden a great president
“The government wanted to take the land to protect the landowners from vulture capitalist so the government can give it back to the landowners.” Seems like something similar was done in 1854 called “The Laramie Treaty” where the northern plains American Indians gave up large parcels of their land to the U.S. Government but the American Indians were allowed to keep small parts of their land. The Sioux was suppose to keep the Black Hills but by 1876 they lost it by force to the U.S. Government forever. Sure, there’s no treaty for Maui, but it sure looks eerily the same thing. The only difference is that this time the U.S. Government used fire instead of the Army. Are you Hawaiians still going to vote for dummycrats again?
