Well it seems like the people’s has to start implement the law in their own hands, the politicians and the police department don’t want to protect their rights, but only the rights of an illegal alien. Soon or later we will have more vigilante that the politicians can’t handle.
People need to take care of business themselves, if you know what I mean. Don’t bother calling the police.

I think I would intervene if possible: In Texas, squatters’ rights laws state that a squatter who occupies a property openly, continuously, and hostilely for 10 years or more can legally claim ownership of the property through adverse possession. The rationale behind squatter’s rights laws is that if a property owner neglects their property for an extended period of time, and a squatter maintains, improves, lives on, and pays taxes on the property, the squatter can be rewarded with ownership.
There are issues that can be used to regain the property in the Texas law.
Illegal immigrants/squatters a non US citizen are given protection under US Constitution and some state laws. HOA and close net neighborhoods need to join together and chase them out.
