She protected herself and her home from a home invader, which she did was right. Facing eviction is downright wrong as she was doing herself in self defense and for her daughters. Outrageous…but she did not deserve any eviction.

The 2nd Amendment has NEVER been more important in America than now!!

  1. Her home was targeted twice in a 24 hour period and now she’s mysteriously being thrown out because she defended herself and her family. The apartment was government subsidized, which with a dummycrat controlled government that hates the 2nd amendment, make me wonder if this break in was intentional designed by the apartment complex manager using young idiots to do his dirty work. They didn’t care the young punk died, the sole purpose was to throw this woman and her family out because seh owned a gun. Always beware of anything owned by the government.

  2. And what was a 14 year old doing out at 1 am? The kid made poor choices, and suffered the consequences.

As to eviction for legal gun ownership, I believe there have been prior cases against “public” (government subsidized housing) and their anti-gun policies.

  3. This lady did everything she could do to protect herself and her children. THIS IS OUTRIGHT WRONG.

This woman should sue the apartment complex for stating she couldn’t have a gun for protection. WHY ISN’T THE APARTMENT COMPLEX STATING IN A CONTRACT SHE CAN’T HAVE A GUN EVEN THOUGH IT IS A SECOND ADMENDMENT? i’m on the woman’s side all the way.

  4. I wish they’d give the city which is probably one of the lib loon cities in Texas which are ignorant of the fact she has the right to self defense.

  5. I support her protecting her family/herself, my question is WHY WAS HER WINDOWS NOT SACURED with the problems she was having ?
