Won’t happen. According a poll just released this week Biden has a 58% approval rating in Kalifornia and Newsom is at 56% approval.

The politicians are not out of control in California. The knowingly make things worst so the people are forced to leave. At some point because of this, the property cost will go down and the politicians will do most of the buying and after that the law and order will be reinstated and most of the California real-estate will belong to them .
