Biden makes me ashamed of being a registered Democrat in my youth.
Like most people in their youth, I leaned dummycrat, but not completely. The Jimmy Carter fiasco caused me to realize the president should always be a republican. I was still an independent when it came to congressional voting and was still open to the possibility of voting for a dummycrat for president if they ever nominated a good one. The nomination of Clinton in 1992 caused me to vote straight republican party and I’ve done that ever since. I also realized at that time the people running the dummycrats were fixing the primary votes toward the candidates THEY wanted, not the ones the voters wanted. In 1992 there were a couple candidates that were better and more honorable than Clinton. But corruption won out and Clinton was the nominee. The dummycrat party IS corrupt. Interesting to see some dummycrats finally waking up, but my question is WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?
I left the democrat party when Obama became president. I already felt the downfall of America at that time. I am Native American, grew up in a democrat party family, but in my mind Obama was not what I thought of as being American.
