This happened in the British parliament when one guy got a chance to speak about vaccines or Myocarditis or strokes or excess deaths or some other unrelated issue after a public campaign got enough votes. EVERYBODY left the room. It was nuts. I think Jimmy covered it. Andrew Bridgen was the guy. Plausible deniability?
