As a store manager, I do NOT have a chief diversity officer. What I have though, is two piles for applications :
1. One where decent resumes go
2. One for resumes with pronouns on them… right next to my shredder.When looking for employees the biggest red flag are those who put their pronouns in their resume. Why? I feel they are more concerned about virtue signaling, sexual deviancy, concerned over things that are none of their business and would not be focused on the job itself.

ABC, CBS, NBC, all the same Left wing promoting bullsht One even claims to give a 360 view of the issues…LMFAO… They preach one thing and turn around and promote the Progressive view.. and… they BEG… Every other spot is them… asking to give to the homeless, the person who lost a bike, a scout troop who was robbed…. THe only thing missing from these free loaders is a cardboard sign and a street corner.. My response? Get a frickin job…store your bike safely, same with the scouts… YOU KNOW what Denver has turned into..
