Former employer decided to deal with China and after 18 months they realized that it wasn’t going to work. So my employer decided to close up shop in China and about 6 months later my employer went back to retrieve the equipment that they left there, to bring back to the USA , only to find out that China was boot legging my employer’s product and using their logo as well. Needless to say that my employer were shocked that the Chinese continue to manufacture the product of my employer…..and when I heard about this, I wasn’t surprised. Especially when they used the logo.
