I had read an article that the speed boat was stolen from a marina in Miami per the owner of the boat and also that it was a rescue mission trying to help some people escape Cuba. The way it sounded was it was all civilians just trying to help others to freedom. I don’t know if it’s true but it makes more sense than 10 people in a speed boat trying to attack the Cuban navy.
