…as the facility manager of a HD, when I noticed this trend of “ICE Scrapers” being bought and returned…I would have gone into their system and raised the price of the tool to $1700 and watch the idiots freak out after they shoved their debit or credit card into the reader. If you already bought one at .17 cents…that’s all you would get back. I’d assign one employee to the return desk and tell them to take their time on the processing of the return. If each idiot has to wait for hours to return their item, so be it.
Yep, and make them fill out a form and show their ID.
