I’m a vet & I completely agree with PH. The WOKE & DEI, policies of the last 2 liberal Administrations were not making our Armed Services stronger or more military ready. The left-wing leadership in DC reduced Military funding where it was needed most and funneled $$$$ for liberal ideology training. With the leadership of Trump & Hegseth the Military is seeing recruitment soar and the World is again showing respect for our country. Today, we are 100% better off, militarily. And, anyone in our current military should stop whining about being or getting into better shape. It normally comes with the job!

Almost like dropping the standards in school or college to allow kids to graduate. There are exceptions. Physical Fitness retests are given about twice a year. There are usually extra training after duty. Enlisted soldiers are encouraged to attend. If they cannot pass the APFT, several chances I believe, than kicked out. Being a General or other officer or NCO should be in shape. As for schools. Makes no sense for kids not passing reading, writing, or math and graduating. Unacceptable. The School Boards and Teachers Unions should be fired if this is true. Weak people lead to bad decisions. Look at some of the bad leaders today. I wonder if they were in one of those schools or colleges! Hmm!
