Maybe he’ll just build some “Khruskchyovkas”, it’s the apts. they built in the USSR, 4 – 5 stories, rectangular, a few windows and really ugly. Just plain concrete bunker type apts.
The interior was even uglier, small apts, about 900 sq ft for the family.
This was socialism at its best.
It was unbelievable to see these all over the socialist countries behind the Iron Curtain.
