It looks like the grocery stores in the USSR back in 1982. 1 head of cabbage, no fruit and lots of empty shelves.
Wonder if they’ll have the radiated milk on the shelves instead of the fresh milk in the dairy case.
It didn’t look any better in Yugoslavia, Hungary, East Germany, and Czechoslovakia in 1981.

Make the millionaires pay? How much is Mamdummy paying? He’s living rent-free in the mayor’s mansion. He has everything he could possibly want plus a security detail, courtesy of the NYS taxpayers.
