If these people don’t get 10 years in prison at the least then the court system are nothing but a JOKE !!!

False imprisonment is an upto life sentence under federal laws. Lemon is in biiiigg trouble.

  1. I am still holding back on this one to see if the JUSTICE SYSTEM can really do it’s job or is it so corrupt that nothing will come from this event.

  2. The thing is, that in Minnesota and the city of Minneapolis they act like it’s a sanctuary city and walz governs his state like it is, but with the lemon boy going INTO THE CHURCH to do this type of protest, then WHY DIDN’T THE GOVERNOR take action against this?? Seems very hypocritical for him NOT to do anything. Or wasn’t there enough money involved for him to step in?? Well timmy? What’s up with this situation? I’ll wait for your next press conference…..

    • Guaranteed, if it was a mosque, Walz would have been on top of things, saying no one had a right to invade a place of worship. Lemon was NOT acting as a journalist (he’s a far cry from being a journalist), he was an activist thug. The earlier video that I had seen showed less than 50 people total between the parishioners and the thugs. It implied it was a much smaller service (not that it would make it any better) and the parishioners were just standing around looking confused, like at the end of this video. I didn’t see the mass of people, no pun intended, that were in a panic to get out or go upstairs. It didn’t show this many thugs. So the video I had seen was a cleaned up version. It showed more of the main thugs, including Lemon “interviewing the pastor, than it did of the parishioners. This version is probably what the jurors saw. It’s crystal clear.

  3. In the United States, police can only enter places of worship legally if they have a proper warrant, the consent of those in control of the property, or an emergency justifying immediate entry. Unauthorized entry, especially for enforcement or surveillance without cause, can violate the First Amendment’s protection of religious freedom. Federal law, such as the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), reinforces that religious institutions are protected from government actions that substantially burden their religious exercise.
