Although it’s hard to believe that a fool of Walz’s magnitude could possibly conceive of such an elaborate fraud scheme, it’s easy to accept his willingness to personally profit from it. As the article states, he was either criminally negligent…..or complicit in the scheme. Either way, the people of Minnesota, by electing a weak, venal shell of a governor, are also complicit.
