Under which Constitutional provision are Sanctuary cities and states allowed and protected from prosecution? It would seem obvious that providing aid to criminals through legislation by politicians is at least a clear violation of their oath of office. Shouldn’t any signature on legislation that violates their oath of office be arrested? Is violating your oath of office not a crime? If not, what is the purpose of taking an oath that they don’t have to abide by? Maybe during their campaign they should just admit, when elected, they won’t be taking any oath, they will just do what they want regardless of any Constitutional framework or any existing laws currently on the books. Thus we have criminals protecting criminals all with the support of “helpful judges” and some anti-American propaganda from “helpful media”. With all these hand in hand processes in place it looks very much like organized crime and a take over of America from within.
As a veteran, I took an oath to protect this country from threats both Domestic and Foreign. I never thought that both of these would be interacted as the same people
