The same thing is happening in NY City. If perps get arrested, they’re let go with no bail. That’s Andy Cuomo’s bail “reform” for ya. Cuckoo Kathy Hochul could fix it, but she won’t even try.
How come these radical rogue judges/DA’s, etc. are even allowed to get away with this sh*t? The law is not to be interpreted, it’s to be adjudicated based on said law. It’s not rocket science. It’s ridiculous – do we need to have Congress create and pass a law that specifies that law enforcement, DA’s, justices, etc. in the judicial system must follow the laws already written? This is pathetic. What ever happened to 3 strikes you’re out?
