What Trump can’t believe is that the Democrats are so stupid as to give him free rein to also permanently get rid of the Deep State plants still in the Federal bureaucracy. By shrewdly using the ‘government shutdown’ as an excuse, it gives Trump the option of selectively firing all those obama and FJB employees still embedded in government without being sued by them.
