Wow, these people act like they have the ‘right’ to their jobs. Hate to tell ya snowflakes, but the work world has been laying off people for DECADES. My generation went through the downturns in the dot.com bust of 2000, the Great Recession of 2008, etc.
We didn’t dress like slobs, we didn’t unionize, strike, we didn’t get paid big bucks simply to make coffee, our companies didn’t pay for transgender surgeries, etc. and yet we went through layoffs.
These idiots don’t realize how good they had it for so long doing the kind of job my generation did in high school and without any benefits at all. They have become so entitled.
They also as mentioned in the video cost the company too much. Kind of how Jimmy Kimmel made millions despite his show’s ratings being so low that he was losing money for his employers.
